What are the paper characteristics of your posters?

Quality and durability are part of our customer promise. That's why all our posters are printed on high-quality paper with a smooth and clean finish. Our museum-quality posters meet the standards set by ISO 9706 and thus meet the requirements of galleries and museums for preserving works. How is the product made?

Our company works with a network of local and professional printers to print all of our posters on demand. This local production allows us to reduce transportation distances. We also make sure to use durable materials from responsible sources, and to comply with international and national regulations regarding product safety. For this reason, all of our products are made from FSC-certified paper (Forest Stewardship Council) guaranteeing sustainable management of forests.

What sizes and formats do you offer?

Our printed posters are available in several formats: Printed poster • 21cm x 30cm (8" x 12") • 30cm x 40cm (12" x 16") • 50cm x 70cm (20" x 28") Digital file • Available immediately after purchase, receive your poster by email in high definition 300 dpi PDF format in A4 size.

What is the "digital file" version?

When you purchase a digital print file, we will send you a PNG and a high definition 300 dpi PDF file that you can use for printing. A digital file is especially useful if you want to edit the file further or if the same print is to be done multiple times. The PNG format is a common image format. No additional program installation is required. Printers allow you to print PNG files because it is a widely used image format. The PNG file contains the GRACoL 2006 profile.

How is my order packed ?

Our posters are packed and shipped in sturdy spiral cardboard tubes. Their sturdiness ensures safe transport. For multiple orders, we may also use flat cardboard packaging. We use neutral packaging boxes which is convenient if you would like to send your package as a gift to someone. The invoice is not included in the package. It will be sent to the email address you provided during payment.

Can I change my poster after I placed my order?

If you want to change your order because of a spelling mistake for example, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. After payment, you have to contact us in a very short time because we generally send your card directly for printing. The delivery time may be delayed.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For more details, please see our cancellation policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods on our website: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Debit Cards, PayPal and Credit Cards.

Is my information secure?

To protect your personal information, we take every precaution and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed in an inappropriate manner. If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standard.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. It then takes 2-8 business days for your item to reach your home. During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping. Our parcels are generally delivered by your local postal services, we do not work with relay points. If you still haven’t received your package after 30 days, we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it. Digital files are delivered by email around 5 minutes after your purchase.

How can I track my order?

The tracking of your shipment will be available and will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as we have shipped your order.

What should I do if I never received my order?

If you never received your order, please first check your tracking information to see if your package has been delivered. If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the customer service of your carrier to report the issue and ask for help. If your order tracking information shows that your package has not been delivered, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The item I received is broken/defective

In spite of all our precautions in the choice of our carriers, it is possible that your package arrives damaged. In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us with the following details: 1. Your order number 2. Description of the problem (wrong / defective item, …) 3. A picture or a video You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly.

What if my order has arrived incomplete?

Since we have different storage locations and work with different printers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at the same time.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We accept exchange or refund requests up to 30 days after purchase (requests that will be evaluated according to our cancellation policy). All digital download purchases are final.
